One track, five steps

Submitted. Agreed. On the record.

One track, five steps. Sender submits. Receiver proposes 25, 50 or 75 percent. Sender accepts or passes. The term card is recorded. The ledger shows both sides the same statement rows.

  1. 01

    Sender submits a track

The sender drops a track into the receiver's Cosign inbox: the file, metadata, a note. It lands immediately. The receiver sees it in their queue.

  2. 02

    Receiver proposes terms

The receiver opens the track and picks a split: 25, 50 or 75 percent for themselves. That number is the offer. Nothing else is negotiated.

  3. 03

    Sender accepts or passes

The sender reads the term card and answers. Accept and the terms are locked. Pass and it goes no further. One click. The answer is on the record.

  4. 04

    Term card is recorded

Once agreed, the term card is stamped. Both sides see the same document: who sent the track, who receives it, the split. No ambiguity.

  5. 05

    Ledger shows the statement rows

The ledger holds a row for every agreed track: statement, sender share, receiver share, status. Both sides see the same ledger. Payouts are recorded here.

The agreement and the ledger

Your yes is on the record.

Every submission carries an agreement. The receiver proposes 25, 50 or 75%. The sender accepts or passes. Once it is agreed, both sides see the same ledger.
